Driving Directions
From the North (Lake Forest Park, Kenmore, Bothell, Woodinville)
Head southbound on Bothell Way NE, which becomes Lake City Way NE (SR 522) as you enter Seattle. Stay on Lake City Way NE through the Lake City neighborhood. Reuse Commons is on your right just before you reach NE 125th St, at 12558 Lake City Way NE. If you cross NE 125th St, you’ve gone a block too far.
From the South (Downtown Seattle, University District, Sea-Tac via I-5)
Take I-5 North to the Lake City Way NE (SR 522) exit. Merge onto Lake City Way NE and continue northeast for approximately 4 miles into Lake City. Reuse Commons will be on your left at 12558 Lake City Way NE, just past the NE 125th St intersection.
Coming from the University District, you can also take Lake City Way NE (SR 522) directly northeast into Lake City.
Parking
Street parking is available along Lake City Way NE and the surrounding side streets (30th Ave NE, NE 125th St, NE 127th St). Additional lot parking is available at nearby Lake City retail centers.
Arriving By Light Rail (Link 1 Line)
Reuse Commons is served by Sound Transit’s Link 1 Line with a short bus connection.
- Northgate Station is the closest existing Link station, roughly a 21-minute walk or a quick ride on Metro Route 40, 20, or 75 into Lake City.
- Roosevelt Station connects directly to Lake City via Sound Transit Route 522, which runs along Lake City Way NE and stops at NE 125th St, one block from our door.
- New in 2026: Pinehurst Station (NE 130th St), a new 1 Line stop between Northgate and Shoreline South/148th, is scheduled to open in 2026 and will become the closest light rail station to Lake City, connected by new Metro Route 77.
From any Link station, transfer to a Lake City-bound bus (see below) and exit at Lake City Way NE & NE 125th St.
